1. How to order?

Ordering is easy and simple at www.lovetysjewelry.com. Just follow the steps mentioned, and here are some instructions.

Step1. View the products and choose one piece of jewelry you want.

Step2. Then, you enter the desired inscription from the drop box menu and choice the options that are available.

Step3. Click on the “Add to Cart” button.

Step4. Click the shopping cart and confirm what you selected and update the quantity. If there are no problems, click "Proceed to Checkout" to continue.

Step5. Complete buyer information, shipping and payment option. Click "Continue Checkout" to make the payment. If you have a PayPal account, You can pay with you PayPal account, otherwise you can pay with a debit or credit card via Paypal payment page.

Step6. Input your shipping address, email address and phone number.

Step7. Verify information.

Step8. Once your payment has been processed, we will send an email confirming your order information. The order processing will begin when the due payment is received. The tracking number and tracking links will be sent to your email address once your order is shipped out.


2. How to track my order?

Click on "Track Order" located at the bottom of the initial page. You need to fill in your order number and the email address you used when placing your order. Go to Track Order now.


3. How do I check my order information?

The payment confirmation email contains the details of your order. You also can login to your Lovetysjewelry account and check the MY ORDERS tab for order information.

You can also Contact Us with your order number and we will be happy to provide you with the details of your order.

We encourage you to keep your order number until delivery to facilitate order inquiries.


4. Why haven’t I received any emails or replies after placing my order?

Your email address may have been entered incorrectly or blocked by spam filters. Please change your spam filters or check your junk mailbox. Please use your primary email to ensure you receive timely updates. Thanks for your support.

 

5. Was my order shipped when I received my payment confirmation email?

If you received the payment confirmation email, your order has been prepared and is awaiting pickup. If your shipment is delayed unexpectedly for some reason, you will receive a notification via email.


6. Why is my account status "Pending" if my payment was processed?

After the payment was processed completed, the status of your order will show "Processing", and will not change again until you receive your order. If it shows as "Pending", please Contact Us.


7. How do I change or cancel an order after it has been submitted?

All items require 3-5 business days to handcraft. So customers are able to change or cancel their order for free within 24 hours of purchasing.

If you want to change the style, size, and photo of the item or the shipping address, please Contact Us, we need to verify if it is in production or not. Send us an email Here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We'll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!

Please note that all changed or canceled orders of personalized items have a 30% restocking fee after 24 hours.
